What is a really good bicycle ( quality and looks)?
I bought a Mongoose Blackcomb and it sucks
No department store bike are worth what you pay for them, they are low quality. Even the cheapest bike at a bike shop will be better quality.
Myself, I recommend Gary Fisher for mountain bikes. They are made by Trek, but in my opinion they have the best geometry as Gary Fisher, the man, is the father of mountain bike. Good geometry (Genesis series) makes them hug the trail wether going up or down hill.
I’d recommend any of their mountain bikes, but the future is now! I own a 29er, the Rig. It’s pricy for a bike with 1 speed, but zr9000 tubing is super light.
